If you have questions before you buy a brand kit, please contact us via email. We can always setup a call to go over the process and any questions you might have. Remember, these are one-of-a-kind and only sold once, so if you love a brand kit, you better move fast!
We will review your information and if your business name works with the brand kit you chose, we will input your information into the logo and business card so you can see what your new brand will look like. We’ll send you an email with a link to approve. You have 48 hours to respond to that email saying “that works for me”, then you will receive an invoice from our parent company, Test Monki. You have another 48 hours to pay the invoice. After the 48 hours passes and you don’t pay, the brand kit is up for grabs again.
Once the brand kit has been approved and the invoice has been paid, Sugar Monki will update your compete brand kit with your information. Within one (1) month (not including holidays or vacation), we will prepare and upload all your files to your own Client Portal where your files will live and you can download at any time.
Important: We highly recommend scheduling a call with us as soon as you purchase your brand kit so we can walk you through everything and answer al your questions.
Note: If we believe your business name won’t work with the brand kit you chose, we can discuss options from there. If you have a super long name like “The Smiles Go for Miles and Miles Pediatric Dentistry”, unfortunately none of our premade brand kits will work for you. Please refer to The Nitty Gritty and FAQs for a better understanding of the process.
